On February 29th, 2012, Red Hat will end the product support and life cycle of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4. Beyond the life cycle term date, Red Hat will no longer provide patching updates or fixes for this OS version.
WHAT "END OF LIFE" ("END OF SUPPORT") DESIGNATION MEANS TO YOU
Many hosting and service providers may now limit support hours, support may noe be on an "as is" basis and your service level agreement may be affected.
Depending on your hosted system and provider, you have a number of potential options as follows.
